1. Information we collect

When you request a quote on this site, we collect the information you voluntarily provide, which may include:

• Your name, email address, and phone number
• Your business name (DBA), entity type, and ownership information
• Employee and payroll information (number of W-2 employees, payroll amount, full-time/part-time count)
• Subcontractor information (whether you use 1099 subs and how much you pay them)
• Operational information (such as whether your work involves moving load-bearing walls)
• Prior claims history and the details you choose to share about any claim
• Insurance-contract requirements you are trying to satisfy
• Whether you currently carry professional liability / E&O coverage

We also collect limited information automatically when you visit the site, such as your IP address, approximate location (country/region), device and browser type, referring URL, and the pages you view. This is collected through Google Analytics 4 — see "Cookies and analytics" below.

2. How we use your information

• To route your quote request to one or more licensed insurance professionals or carriers who can prepare a quote
• To contact you by email, phone, or SMS about your quote request and follow-up questions
• To respond to your inquiries and provide customer service
• To improve and secure this website
• To comply with applicable laws, including insurance regulations

3. SMS / text messaging

By submitting the quote form, you agree to receive text messages (SMS) regarding your quote request and other insurance-related quotes you have requested. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe, or HELP for help. We do not share your phone number with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

4. How we share your information

Because this site is a referral service, the personal and business information you submit will be shared with one or more of the following so that you can receive a quote:

• Licensed insurance agents and brokers
• Insurance underwriters
• Insurance carriers and their managing general agents (MGAs)
• Service providers who help us operate the website (such as our email-delivery service and analytics provider), under contracts that require them to handle the information appropriately

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own independent marketing purposes.

5. Cookies and analytics

We use Google Analytics 4 with Google Consent Mode v2 to understand how visitors find and use this site. Advertising-related cookies are denied by default for all visitors. You may opt out of analytics tracking at any time by clicking "Your Privacy Choices" in the footer of any page on this site. Your choice is stored locally in your browser and is honored for future visits from that same browser.

6. Your privacy rights

7. Data retention

We retain the information you submit for as long as needed to provide you with quotes, respond to your questions, and comply with our legal obligations (including insurance-licensing recordkeeping rules). When retention is no longer required, we delete or de-identify the information.

8. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect the information you submit. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Children

This site is intended for adults running insurance-eligible businesses. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under the age of 18. If you believe a minor has submitted information through this site, please contact us so we can delete it.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we'll change the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Material changes will be highlighted on the homepage or quote page.
